1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and RSM3 ("Platform", "We"). These Terms govern your use of the rsm3.pro website, the RSM3 mobile app, and all related services provided by RSM3.

2 Account Registration and Management

RSM3 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including national ID, passport, bank statements, or other relevant documents. 2.3 Account Security

9.2 Closure by RSM3

RSM3 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct that undermines the integrity of the platform. In cases of account closure due to a breach, RSM3 reserves the right to withhold any balance in the relevant account until the investigation is complete.

9.3 Self-Exclusion
